Local Operations Lead

Best for someone trusted, commercially minded, and comfortable representing DomBazaar in person.
What you'll do
- Onboard the first landlords and agents to the platform
- Represent DomBazaar at in-person meetings in Ashgabat
- Share what you hear from the market with the founding team
- Help grow listing supply where DomBazaar is actively operating
What we're looking for
- Based in Ashgabat, with reliable physical presence
- Trusted, commercially minded, and comfortable meeting people in person
- Fluent in Turkmen and Russian
- Comfortable with digital tools, smartphone workflows, and basic web browsing
- Property background helpful but not required

Community & Listings Manager

Best for someone fluent in Turkmen and Russian who can communicate patiently across messaging, listings, and community channels.
What you'll do
- Message landlords and agents to invite them to list
- Help new users post their first listing step by step
- Review incoming listings for clarity and completeness
- Localise English copy into Turkmen and Russian when needed
What we're looking for
- Fluent in Turkmen and Russian, written and spoken
- Comfortable with messaging apps, social channels, and basic web tools
- Patient, clear communicator for users who may not be tech-savvy
- Available around 10 to 15 hours per week
- Turkmen diaspora background welcome
