How viewing requests work on DomBazaar

A viewing request is how someone starts a private conversation about a listing on DomBazaar. The person interested in the listing sends a first message, the listing contact accepts or declines, and accepted requests can continue in Messages. Important A viewing request is not a reservation. Acceptance is not verification. Revealing an IMO phone number is not safety, payment, or legal protection. How the flow works 1. A person opens a listing and requests a viewing. 2. They send a first message to the listing contact. 3. The listing contact reviews the request. 4. The listing contact accepts or declines. 5. The request is saved in Messages. 6. After acceptance, the saved IMO phone can be revealed in Messages. Checklist: write a useful first message - Say which listing you are asking about. - Ask whether it is still available. - Suggest a possible day or time for a viewing. - Ask one practical question about the property. - Keep the message short enough to answer quickly. What acceptance means Acceptance means the listing contact is willing to continue the conversation in Messages. It does not mean: - The property is reserved. - The listing has been legally verified. - DomBazaar has verified ownership, identity, legal title, property condition, payment safety, or transaction legitimacy. - DomBazaar handles payment protection or escrow. - DomBazaar arranges or supervises the visit. After acceptance, use Messages to agree on practical details such as viewing time, meeting point, questions before traveling, and whether either side wants to reveal the saved IMO phone. What decline means A declined request means the listing contact is not continuing that viewing request. The reason may be timing, availability, fit, or another decision by the person managing the listing. Saved IMO phone reveal The saved IMO phone is private before acceptance. After the listing contact accepts the viewing request, the person requesting the viewing can reveal the saved IMO phone in Messages. Phone reveal helps both sides arrange details directly if they choose to. It does not mean DomBazaar has verified the person, property, documents, payment, or visit.
