Terms of Service

DomBazaar is a property marketplace for Turkmenistan. We help users compare listings, request viewings, and communicate with landlords or listing representatives.

DomBazaar is not a real estate broker, legal adviser, payment processor, escrow provider, or property owner. We do not represent either party in a transaction.

You may use DomBazaar only if you are legally able to do so and can comply with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, create misleading accounts, or use DomBazaar for spam, fraud, harassment, scraping, or unlawful activity.

Landlords and listing representatives are responsible for making listings accurate, current, and lawful. This includes property details, price, availability, photos, map/location information, contact details, and any claims about the property.

You must not post listings that are fake, misleading, duplicated for spam, unauthorized, discriminatory, or unlawful.

DomBazaar may edit operational metadata, request changes, hide, remove, or decline listings where needed for quality, safety, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

DomBazaar may show labels such as “Quality checked.” These labels mean only that a basic listing quality review was performed. They do not mean that DomBazaar has verified ownership, identity documents, legal title, building condition, payment safety, or the legality of a transaction.

Users should independently confirm property status, documents, payment terms, viewing arrangements, and legal requirements before making decisions or payments.

Viewing requests and messages should be used to coordinate property-related communication. Visits should happen only after both sides have agreed. A listing location is for planning and context; it is not an invitation to visit unannounced.

You must not use messages to harass, threaten, deceive, spam, collect unrelated personal data, or move users into unsafe or fraudulent arrangements.

DomBazaar does not process rent, sale payments, deposits, commissions, escrow, or legal transfers. Any payment, contract, document check, handover, or transaction happens outside DomBazaar and is the responsibility of the parties involved.

Be careful before sending money or sharing documents. Confirm identity, ownership, legal authority, and payment terms independently.

You keep ownership of content you provide, such as listings, photos, messages, and profile details. You grant DomBazaar permission to host, display, process, copy, modify for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You must have the right to upload any photos, text, or information you submit. Do not upload illegal, infringing, private, or harmful content.

We may take action to protect the marketplace, including:

• limiting, suspending, or terminating accounts;
• removing or hiding listings;
• blocking abusive requests or messages;
• reviewing activity for fraud, spam, security, legal, or quality reasons;
• cooperating with lawful requests where required.

DomBazaar uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, database operations, images, maps, email, analytics, and performance. Your use of DomBazaar may also be subject to those providers’ technical requirements or terms.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of DomBazaar at any time. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every listing will remain available.

DomBazaar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about listing accuracy, transaction outcomes, property condition, user behavior, and uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DomBazaar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for disputes, losses, payments, documents, meetings, or transactions arranged between users.

We may update these terms as DomBazaar changes. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
