How to earn a Quality checked badge on DomBazaar
A practical landlord checklist for creating a listing that is clear, complete, and ready for DomBazaar review.
What this badge means
A Quality checked badge means DomBazaar has reviewed the listing for clarity, completeness, photos, price, and location quality. It is not legal verification, ownership verification, identity verification, or a guarantee. It tells renters and buyers the listing is clear enough to compare and request a viewing with confidence.
What strong listings include
Every item below improves your chances of passing review on the first submission.
Clear photos
Bright, recent photos of main rooms, kitchen, bathroom, entrance, and any garden, balcony, or parking. No blurry shots, screenshots, heavy filters, or repeated images.
Accurate price
The real asking price and the correct rent or sale type. If utilities, furniture, parking, or agent fees are included — say so in the description.
Useful location
Correct city and neighbourhood. A recognisable landmark helps. If the map pin is approximate, the written location must still be honest.
Complete property details
Rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, type, floor area, furnishing, renovation status, and availability — all matching the actual property.
Helpful description
Write what renters and buyers cannot see from photos: building condition, lift, heating, water, parking, nearby landmarks, house rules, and how to arrange a viewing.
What slows review down
Listings with any of these issues are returned for changes before a badge is awarded.
- Missing or repeated photos
- Wrong property type selected
- Price that contradicts the title or description
- Location too vague to understand the neighbourhood
- Contact details pasted into the public description
- Claims that cannot be verified from the listing itself
See the difference
The same property, described two ways. The second passes review. The first does not.
Nice apartment, call me.
- No photos uploaded
- Price not shown
- Location: city only
- Description is a phone call prompt
2-bed apartment in Parahat 7
- 6 photos: rooms, kitchen, balcony
- Price listed with utilities note
- Near school and local shops
- Describes condition, lift, A/C, and viewing steps
Before you publish
Read the listing as a renter or buyer would. If they can answer all of these without calling you first, the listing will review quickly.
- Can they understand the price and what it includes?
- Is the neighbourhood and approximate location clear?
- Do the photos show the key rooms in realistic condition?
- Are the room count, floor area, and furnishing accurate?
- Is the description free of contact details and vague claims?
- Do they know how to book a viewing without calling first?
