Before you open the form

Sign in and choose Post a property. If your profile does not have a mobile number, DomBazaar first asks you to add one. It stays private until you accept a viewing request.

The five steps in Post a property

Each step below matches the form, so approved screenshots can be added beside it later.

1

Details

Choose the Listing type, Home or Business, and the Property type. Add City / Province, Area / Neighbourhood, Address / landmark and availability. Map location is optional; if you add one, choose whether the public map shows an exact pin or an approximate area.

2

Description

Add a clear Title and Description, then complete the fields for the selected property type. Home listings use room details, Land uses Land area in Sotok and Land purpose, and Business listings require Floor area m².

3

Photos

Add at least three Property photos. Use clear, recent views that cover the property instead of repeating one room or angle.

4

Pricing

Enter the Sale price (TMT) or Monthly rent (TMT). A sale listing can also include an optional Price in USD. For non-Land listings, add the amenities that actually apply.

5

Review

Check the listing preview and the required-item list. Fix any blocking item, then choose Publish listing. When publishing succeeds, the new listing page opens.

Your progress is saved on this device

The form saves a local draft automatically for 48 hours. Choose Save for later if you want to leave the form and return on the same device before publishing.

Final accuracy check

Review these points before you choose Publish listing.

  • The Listing type and Property type match what you are offering.
  • The public area, landmark and optional map position do not reveal more than you intend.
  • The title has no emoji or decorative symbols, and the description matches the selected details.
  • At least three photos show the real property and match the description.
  • The TMT price, availability and included amenities are current.

What publishing means

Publishing does

  • Create a public listing from the details you entered.
  • Let people find an available listing and send viewing requests.
  • Give you a listing you can update from My listings.

Publishing does not

  • Verify ownership, identity, legal status or the asking price.
  • Automatically add the Quality checked badge.
  • Replace your responsibility to keep availability and details current.
