DomBazaar is a working property marketplace, and the most useful way to describe it is to show what someone can do today. This is not a roadmap or a promise about future features. It is a walkthrough of the current path from browsing a listing to managing a conversation or posting a property.

Some actions are public and some require an account. That split is deliberate: property information should be easy to browse, while saved activity, viewing requests, private contact details, and listing management belong to signed-in people.

Browse and compare listings

Anyone can open the listings page and switch between rent and sale. You can search by text and narrow the results by city or region, reviewed area where available, property type, rooms, price, and other property-specific details. The filters change with the type of property, so land, homes, and commercial spaces do not all ask the same questions.

A listing page brings the asking price, photos, availability, area, address or landmark, description, and key facts into one place. It can also show whether a listing is Quality checked. That badge means the listing was reviewed for clarity and completeness. It is not ownership or legal verification, and the asking price is not a completed sale price.

Save a search and choose whether to receive alerts

Once a search or filter is active, a signed-in person can save that exact search. Saved searches appear in the dashboard with the rent or sale choice, search words, and selected filters kept together. Opening one returns to the matching browse view.

Email alerts can be turned on or off for each saved search. When alerts are on, DomBazaar checks new listings against the saved criteria and emails matches. The search can also be removed from the dashboard. Saving a search does not reserve a property or guarantee that a match will stay available.

Send and manage viewing requests

On an available listing, a signed-in person can send a viewing request with a message. The form offers a few starting points, but the message remains editable before it is sent. The listing contact sees the request and can accept or decline it.

The request becomes a conversation in Messages, with its pending, accepted, or declined status visible. Both sides can use the thread to continue the relevant conversation while the request is pending or accepted. After acceptance, the requester can reveal the listing contact's saved mobile number inside that conversation. Private individual contact details are not exposed on the public listing.

Post a property

A signed-in landlord or listing contact can post a property. Before opening the form, DomBazaar asks for a saved phone number so accepted viewing requests have a contact detail to reveal later. The number is not added to the public description.

The listing form has five steps: details, description, photos, pricing, and review. It covers rent or sale, property type, city and area, written location, availability, room or land details, photos, asking price, and relevant amenities. Progress can be saved as a draft and checked again before publishing.

Publishing creates a listing that can be managed from the dashboard. Listing contacts can edit it and update its lifecycle as the property changes. They are responsible for keeping its asking price, availability, photos, location, and claims accurate.

Keep the next step in Messages

Messages is where viewing-request conversations are collected. A listing contact can review a new request and respond. A person looking for a place can return to the same thread, see its status, and continue coordinating there. Quick replies are available, but either person can write their own message.

DomBazaar helps organise listing information and communication. It does not inspect a property, verify ownership or identity, handle payments, guarantee availability, or supervise a viewing. Before visiting or paying, both sides still need to confirm the details that matter to them.

The short version

Today, you can browse and filter property listings, save searches and manage email alerts, send viewing requests, continue conversations in Messages, and post and manage a property. Each flow is built around a clear boundary: public information for comparison, signed-in actions for personal activity, and private contact details only where the accepted request allows them.
